Garrett was so friendly and made me feel like we were old friends catching up. He listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. He was super efficient and incredibly easy to talk to. I haven’t had my hair cut in 4 years and he took off about 6-8 inches and did an AMAZING job. I can’t thank him enough! . would recommend Garrett to anybody and everybody. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAvoid “Kelly”.- one side of my head is entirely longer than the other-kept checking her smart watch to read text while the clippers were actively cutting my hair-very snarky when giving orders to lean back and move my head and etc. I’ve never had someone have so much difficulties needing the customer to perform neck yoga to cut hair-overall appearance looks as if she rolled out of bed. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this great clips with my 3 children and we were seen all by the stylist Katelyn because a friend referred me to her. Katelyn was very good with all of my kids who normally are scared of haircuts. She showed them that they wouldn’t hurt them and overall they were very calm with her and loved her. She gave them all clean fades as well as me. She was able to fix my cowlick which no one has tried to do before at other great clips. Katelyn was very good with all of my kids who normally are scared of haircuts. She showed them that they wouldn’t hurt them and overall they were very calm with her and loved her. Great Clips is, well, Great! I love the app! Through the app you can see the wait time and go ahead and check in before you arrive so that you can reserve a place in line. I have had my hair cut by several of the employees at this location and for the most part, they are all very talented. I just wish you could see who’s working so you can pick your favorite. As of this posting haircuts are $15. I wish they were $12 or less, but you can receive coupons through the app too.

The haircut was great and I loved our stylist 🙂 she was quick and efficient and so kind. The other stylist with short hair was extremely rude to me and overtly sweet to all the men that came in. It was busy and she spent litterally 15 minutes checking someone out with a room full of people. The entire time she was flirting with him. Very unprofessional.

Last week, I came in with blunt bangs. I asked for them to be thinned out a little so they would be more manageable. I left with tiny jagged bangs that looked like I cut them with child safety scissors. At the time, I thought maybe it would be okay if I went home and styled them. Four days later and I was very wrong. I’ve never been so sad about a haircut. My confidence is gone and I don’t know how to fix this other than wait for it to grow out. I should have spoken up for sure, but this cut shouldn’t have come out this badly.
