(I went here on Sept. 4th)I asked for a middle part above the eyebrows, and basically gave me a buzz cut. The side of my head has a big patch, they didn’t even cut my sideburns. People do not know how to cut hair here. I even gave them a picture to show what I wanted. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. This lady told me she had done this haircut 1 million times, clearly she has not.

Every time I have gone here they have messed up my haircut in some way, and sometimes don’t even let me make decisions, like once I said I wanted my hair a bit shorter and the stylist said “no I won’t cut your shorter it will look horrible” And most of the time they make decisions without even consulting you. They cut my bangs super uneven in length and amount cut. WORST HAIRCUT EVER. Please don’t go here.

I showed up at opening hour at 8:00am with my two kids for haircuts yesterday morning. There was another dad with his kid ready to have haircuts. The gentleman working there opened the door and yelled out that, he will not cut hair until 9:00am and he told this to the manager so we can just wait an hour! Then just slammed the door and locked it back. We went elsewhere.
