I took my 10 yr old boy in and specifically said for her not to touch the top Bc he’s been working hard at growing it out. I even said he was nervous about her cutting it but assured him she’d listen and trim the back. She BUTCHERED it. C.Sutton cut so much off the top he sobbed in her chair. She never smiled or said anything kind to either of us. Never again.

Critical: QualityThe haircut I got was the worst I have ever had. She literally butchered my hair. I told her I wanted my hair cut just to my shoulders with long layers. She proceeded to cut it up to my ears with short layers and used a razor which she should never use again. My hair has so many mismatched layers I can’t pull it into a ponytail or really style it at all. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. The hairdresser was excellent. She really listened to what I was looking for and she didn’t rush me through. The app for making my appointment worked great. I will definitely use it again. No waiting. I was very happy with the result and would recommend this salon. I had an excellent visit at Great Clips My stylist did a great job with my cut, and was extremely careful to adhere to stringent anti-COVID protocol. The wait was very short, and there were only a total of four people in the salon while I was there. I was grateful for the super experience!

I used to get my hair trimmed here every couple months and never had a bad experience. More recently, Ive ended up with a terrible haircut. The hair that falls around my face is two totally different lengths. I’ve never had such a wonky, upsetting haircut. I should’ve examined my hair more closely before leaving but I’m not sure I would’ve trusted her to fix it if she thought this was okay.
