Nice people. However, a strong cigarette smells came from the lady who gave me the hair cut. I personally don’t like cigarettes smell. This the third great clips location in Chattanooga area I tried. I had the same experience with the previous two places.

Incredibly rude, we had come to get out daughter’s hair cut and they seemed highly inconvenienced that we had interrupted their smoke break. Not one smile and the outcome was not favorable. 0 stars. Great Clips on Hurricane Creek is more professional and far friendlier. Kids’ cuts

My wife took my son for a haircut. I come home to see it. It’s crooked uneven not cut off the ears. I don’t know if she even cut his hair. I only wish I could have been there to walk out without paying. Go elsewhere. That’s my advice. Since now I have to take him to get this fixed. Haircut

Rude and cold. I had 3 boys that needed hair cuts and all but 1 of the ladies were rude and cold. They treated another customer just as poorly and she called one of them our and told her how awful she was treating her and us. I will never go back and the hair cuts were not right either.

Husband went here for a simple haircut and they completely butchered his hair and didnt listen to anything he suggested. The hair dresser cared more about talking to her fellow coworker then listening to my husbands concerns and needs. I do not recommend this great clips.
