Yesterday I took my twins to have their haircut for the first time in a salon and to get mine trimmed. Since they’re only 3 and covid, well all of their haircuts have been done by dad. I arrived at 530 and was greeted by Mandy. After a short wait, they tried to get started on my son, who was not having it. A trade out occured and we decided to cut my daughter first. After their haircuts, which are great even though which my son never fully cooperated. It was already 6pm (closing time) and so I told her I would reschedule another time. She insisted that that she could take care of me and locked the door so my twins could wait safely in the lobby. Violet was also so kind to my children and even gave them toys to play with while they waited. I cannot tell you what this means to me as a mother of twins who rarely gets to do things for herself. The kindness of these strangers will always be remembered and Great Clips Hurricane Creek has new customers for life. ❤️❤️

Literally worst haircut I’ve ever received, old lady who works there is terrible at cutting hair. Does not listen to what you say or even try to complete the haircut. Asked for a fade from the skin to the top and then to blend it in. Had no idea how to do it and buzzed the whole side of my head. Not all the workers are bad, but do not trust the old lady with any piece of hair u don’t wanna lose.

Didn’t realize that the stylist really chopped up my daughter’s hair. It’s very uneven and very choppy along the bottom. I just trusted that it would be good so I didn’t look at it until we got home. That’s our fault but I don’t know how the stylist didn’t notice this. It’s pretty obvious!

Depends on the stylist. Many prior excellent cuts with David and Violet. Provided unsatisfied feedback today to my stylist Mgr. Amber, (too quick/lack of finishing detail). Returned for a proper fix by Violet and refund, as offered resolution. Would have been a 5/5 rating otherwise.
