Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueChecked in online, got a text 15 minutes before so left house then. Arrived and had to wait maybe 2 minutes. My hair stylist asked what I wanted and did that way. She also made small talk with me which is nice. Great experience will be going back.Service: Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will first off say that I’ve been taking my kids to great clips across MN and ND for the past 4 years never had any issues. Usually its quality service, budget friendly, and overall a great experience. I brought my son in on 5/13 to have his haircut i had a picture of what I specifically wanted and I always pay the extra 2 bucks for the colored goo packet to put in afterwards. The woman who cut his hair did a terrible job. I had told her prior to finishing his hair looked crooked and uneven, she went to say that’s how its supposed to go and once its spiked up it’ll look better. After we got home I pointed out to my partner that our sons hair looked off, gave him a bath and when it was wet down you could tell plain as day. I ended up having to shave my sons head and now am stuck waiting 2 to 3 months for his hair to grow back and take him for a proper hair cut. Needless to say I will spend more money elsewhere for a quality haircut. When a parent points out that it looks crooked and uneven she should have fixed it, im paying you to cut his hair at that was nice enough to leave a 5$ tip. One bad experience now leads to me not wanting to bring any of my kids back.**I am adding to this the GM of the location personally reached out me, and sent me a sweet card in the mail with a couple coupons to bring Dakota in the future and have his hair fixed as it grows! I do appreciate the professionalism, respect and care. && though it will be a while before his hair grows back I’m happy to give GC another chance as I’ve never had an experience like this last one and we quite enjoyed going to greatclips. Usually its quality service, budget friendly, and overall a great experience. She then said there would be no charge. Duh!Today my 92 year old mother in law who has used your store for years called in for an appointment and was told that she could just walk in.When my wife took her, they were told there would be an hour wait. When my mother in law said that she had called, the person dealing with them got snippy. My wife would not stand for that.Your person handed them a small pamphlet on how to set an appointment. My M in law is 92 and legally blind so the pamphlet was useless.I set an appointment for her elsewhere where they apparently appreciate their customers. .Never again.
