they take friends back to give them a hair cut in front of people that were checked in for over an hour. these girls are a piece of work! when I called them on their error they threatened to call the police. lol. I’m like call the police please so I can tell them about the crook that you are! why do you even have a check in system and app if you are gonna take your buddies back out of line when they are not even checked in at all? I mean these apps cost a lot of money does corporate know that this is going on? I think maybe I should tell them.

Critical: ProfessionalismRyan was so rude and unprofessional at the front desk. He got unreasonably irate and yelled at me in front of my son and the customers waiting, because I lagged for a moment spelling my son’s name when he asked. Customer service at its worst. When I told him I am sorry he must be frustrated he just arrogantly said “have a seat and someone will get you when ready” and walked away without apologizing or making eye contact. Even the customers waiting looked speechless for the scene! Was humiliating, and weird!! Critical: QualityThe last three haircuts were THE WORST! I gave them pictures, complete instructions.. right down to what clipper guards to use, where the “shelf” should start, right down to the neckline shape. I had to go find someone to fix it every time. Three different cutters cut my hair and all of them failed miserably.
