Went in for basic bob…was cut significantly way too short and completely uneven. Have curtains by ears. Pix of typical fresh cut provided and very specific instructions. TERRIBLE! Cannot fix without going to another salon this week, and will need to b a pixie now. SUPER UNHAPPY! Would give negative stars if that were an option! Haircut
