This is a great haircut and store. Ethan’s schedule fills up quickly, but the online appointment system helped us get time slots in the afternoon. Ethan cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, which has been difficult to find in this area. I definitely recommend coming in for a cut and shave and will be returning the next time I get shaggy.

Critical: CleanlinessIn November 2021, my child went to the Grooming Store for a haircut. Although he was very satisfied with the cut, I was very upset to learn that the barber did not wear a mask while cutting my child’s hair. Went looking for a new place to get my haircut before my wedding. I’ve been to a few places but Kevin and his team were the best. Very helpful and gave me the best haircut and beard trim I’ve ever had. They even had great recommendations for sensitive skin that will help with shaving.

Fine for a shape up but they can’t really handle anything beyond that. The barber also mangled my neck (shaved it with an electric razor instead of a straight razor) and it was red for 2 days – even though I told him my neck was sensitive to razor burn. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially at these prices.

Was referred to the grooming store by a friend that only spoke highly of Kevin for our son! Kevin was booked out a couple weeks online so we made an appointment with Ron. We had an appointment at 11 and did not get into the store till 11:10 and then Ron walked in and took one look at our son and refused to cut his hair. No apology just walked right into the back of the store. Very disappointed about the way we were treated! At least refer us back to the front to rebook with someone else. Terrible customer service.
