I trusted a stylist at this location to do my big chop and balayage but in 3.5 hours, my virgin waist length hair was transformed into an unflattering bob with uneven chunky highlights. The cut isn’t exactly what I wanted, but I’m trying to learn to live with it. The “balayage” is what really upsets me. There’s nothing soft or natural about it. The color isn’t blended and shows up as brassy streaks all over. I’ve already tried reaching out to the salon for a solution multiple times, but nobody has made it a priority to resolve this yet. Check my photos for yourself to decide if you’re willing to waste well over $200 and an entire afternoon here.
