I wanted my hair blonde and the color got different to that. At the moment looked pretty good but the next day my hair was so dry and yellow. I was so upset about it but I couldn’t do anything since the next days were holidays and everything will be close. I just got my hair fixed in another location (same company) and I really want my money back since you all messed up my hair and I spend over $250 for anything.

Told them I’m growing my hair out and just wanted a trim. Arrived with how I like my hair parted. They cut it way too short and shifted my part over so now it’s not going to be able to grow out the way I wanted. Frustrating.

Le did a WONDERFUL job, a nice even cut, layering, exactly the right length. Le was careful and attentive, got me in and out on record time. I especially appreciate that Le and the manager agreed to use my own shampoo instead of store products, which helped me avoid possible asthma triggered by scented products. The store was clean and calm, it was a wonderful hair cut experience! Thank you Le!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady didn’t listen to a thing I asked for and forced me to get my hair dried even though I didn’t want this (it was raining and I needed to shower). When I went to pay, she tried to charge me over $50 for a shampoo, haircut and blow dry. She said it was because I have long hair; which I don’t. Lastly, my haircut is absolutely terrible! I have no idea what is happening!! I posted a haircut of what I requested (a haircut I get often). I didn’t have any layers in the back, but the lady went to town with giving me them.
