This new manager has downgraded hair products, quality and inconvenienced me. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and have never experienced such terrible conditions— old destroyed hair towels, cheap color treatments, restrictions on hair salon dryer use to “save electricity” and overall downgraded experience. I had to get my hair colored twice because of the low quality hair color they’re using now. This is a total inconvenience and has wasted hours of my time. What doesn’t make sense is that they’re now charging more per service but are using inferior products than before, how is that good for business?

Non one seems to be able to cut hair here. I bring my 4 year to get his hair cut because the price is ok but everything comes out uneven, incomplete, and full of holes. They should rename it Hair Butchery.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! My children went here before and were charged around $40. My husband took them there most recently and although based off their website I should have been charged around $60 for both of my daughters, I was charged $212 for two girls! Mind you I went to a different salon with my much longer and thicker adult-sized head and was only charged $45. Go somewhere else!

Be very very careful, they will try to up charge you for everything. Know your facts before you go in (prices on their website, any coupons you might have) and decline anything they try to sell you. Haircut

I went here only for the open scheduling. After check in I was given 1 price before she began and was given extra fees while sitting in chair. We had an agreement on price, but when time to pay she changed a 3rd time, adding more fees. (Red flag 1) On top of that the style requested looked nothing like pic. and was made to comb own hair out before wash. (Red flag 2) Terrible flat iron job and I specifically asked for a stylist of color to ensure she could mange hair texture, but this lady was not satisfactory. Anyway I didn’t make a complaint, paid over $200 and gave a proper tip, only to come home and have to flat iron own hair again. Huge disappointment, would not recommend or go back. Because I didn’t formally complain I will not put her whole name in review, starts w/ B and she wears a very short wig.
