If a stylist takes in a walk in customer knowing that they have an appointment with a client coming up shortly. And they start offering that walk in customer other services knowing that 9 out of 10 the walk in customer will accept. Just so they can start rushing out the walk in customer because their client is ready for their appointment. Is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. And it only comes to show that their only concern is the money and not the satisfaction of their customers. That’s exactly what happened to me. I came in as a walk in and explained my situation to the individual who offered their services to me and also letting them know what I expected from their services only to walk out disappointment. My haircut alone took less than 10 minutes not even a men’s haircut is that short. Have the decency to decline your services to the walk in customer out of respect for the client who did make an appointment. So you don’t end up having to rush out the walk in customer and have them feel as if they don’t matter and leave disappointed! It is not a good feeling at all to be honest!

I booked a deluxe blowout and got turned away because none of the stylist can do African American hair. Deluxe blowout is for textured hair so why allow it to be booked with stylist who can’t perform that service. Their stylist should be trained to style all hair types. I left work early and wasted my time.

The women who work at this salon are very skillful and courteous. I was visiting from out of town, made an appointment online, arrived there 30 minutes early, and they took me right away. Karen cut my hair and did the best haircut I’ve had at ANY HC anywhere. My HC back home could learn A LOT from Karen. Thank you, Karen, for being a professional.

Using their website to book was extremely easy, but most of my thanks goes to Lalani!! I called and asked if they had any black stylists and Lori reccomended me to Lalani, she’s an expert with hair who gave me the exact color I wanted by only showing her one picture!
