Well let’s start with there is only 1 stylist working today for regular haircuts, then they have one for just females, the day before all kids go back to school from Christmas break WOW! It has taken her 45 min and still going on one kids haircut. REALLY!! We got here at 1 this afternoon and are still waiting. If I did not need this done today I would have walked out already. I do not recommend this hair cuttery and I will never come back here.

The stylist was very nice. I showed her a picture of what I wanted but I didn’t want to go too short…. She barely cut anything, literally. Just paid $40 for someone to wash and blowdry my hair. I’m overall pleased with the outcome of my hair, If I’m not mistaken I Had Amanda.. We agreed on one inch to get rid of some damaged hair and I’m pretty sure way more was taken off than that not upset about it though. Not too much a fan of the curling right after a hair cut and hair color because it is way harder to see imperfections if there may be any.

I was very disappointed with the value I got today. My appointment was at 415. I was not taken back until between 435 & 440. I understand short staffed and I’m not an impatient person so at this point I was ok with it. All I needed was a trim. My hair is past shoulder blade long and VERY thin. I wanted 4-6” removed. The cut itself was fine. The service once brought back to the chair was quick. As she started to comb and cut my hair I thought what about the shampoo? Well I don’t have to have it and maybe they have a non advertised price for just a trim which is less than the $30 signature cut. So I didn’t say anything expecting to be charged less at checkout. To my surprise my charge was still $30. I was checked out and back to my car by 4:49. Still with no shampoo and I wasn’t even asked. My hair was so oily that she didn’t even need to wet it with a spray bottle. Although she was courteous and professional I will not be going back. I think it’s absolutely absurd to pay $30 for a trim that took 5 min and I didn’t even receive the services which are advertised for that price. In addition I spoke to my mom who had gone here previously and recommended her that she too was given a haircut with no shampoo or style and still charged $30. However that same day my daughter was with her and received a haircut with shampoo. I’m not really sure why the price stays the same but the services provided doesn’t. That is not the way to do business or retain customers.

Leslie was absolutely delightful! She had suggestions, was super gentle, and very attentive to product usage in case it irritated my scalp, and she was so cheerful. I loved her positivity and I am in love with the finished style. She is amazing and I will definitely come back! (I accidentally misspelled her name in the official review, if hair cutter sees this! After a horrible experience at a neighboring store I had to book a last minute appt here. First they told my daughter they didn’t carry fashion colors and wouldn’t do the service. Then they decided they’d go get it while my daughter waited and hour. The charge was now going to be $165 without haircut over the $130 I was quoted with haircut at the sister store 3 miles away. When I questioned it I was told I booked it wrong online?! Ok but shouldn’t I still be charged for the service I’m receiving? I explained to Sandra the verbal altercation her associates had gotten into earlier that morning but she seemed uninterested. So they changed the price to $130 without haircut and I’m still confused how that is. My daughter had an event that night we had no choice but continue with the appt. Even though the stylist acted like she didn’t even want to do it making my daughter uncomfortable. Now my daughter has woke up everyday with the dye coming off onto everything. Her hands face and clothes are covered. It got on her friends dress at the event that night as well. I called and was told it’s normal for it to fade. This isn’t fading! They then said to go buy make up wipes that will hopefully get it off her skin but basically the color is going to wash out of her hair! When I asked about how to remove all the color from her clothes I was told by Leslie I should pray the laundry gets it out! I’m beyond baffled by the unprofessional behavior of this salon and it’s sister store and the lack of customer care from the associates. I paid $130 for my daughter to have her hair dyed, hair that is inches above shoulder length. that will likely not last a week or two considering it’s coming off in everything.
