I felt as though I was charged full price as if I received color on my hair when in fact I received full toner which barely lasted 3 washes.Overcharged for not what I requested, kept feeling like I was getting talked into something other than I received. Weirdest experience in a salon, ever.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am very happy I found Hair Vibes salon almost two years ago. Makayla is a professional who cuts my hair exactly (!!) like I ask, and even without styling the hair falls down into place, and looks like a fresh cut even after a month or two.
