I recently got a haircut with Rene and showed her a picture of what length I wanted it to be, but she cut it shorter than how I wanted it to be. I couldn’t wait to leave the salon. She’s a nice person, but I don’t think she paid attention to what I showed or told her. The first picture is what I showed her — the second picture is what I got… I should’ve stuck with Sydney or Mickala because they cut a little first and show you if you would like to chop off more of your hair.

I was contacted in regards to my original review of 3 out of 5 stars but in the end, they weren’t really able to help me. They offered a gift card toward my next appointment but I won’t be going back so it’s pointless. Shanna is amazing. I needed a new stylist after a breakdown in communication with my previous stylist left me so unhappy with my hair I just didn’t look in the mirror for 6 weeks, then spent another 6 weeks trying to grow out enough for someone new to work with. Shanna gave me a great consultation and a cut I love. Im really excited to have her as my stylist!
