I met Crystal for the first time on 04-16-2022 to get my head shaved and face shaved goatee trimmed and shaped up and eye brows waxed and let me tell you something about Crystal she is awesome she really did a good job on everything that she done for me I didn’t have to say anything she really pays attention to detail when she is taking care of you. I have been to several barbers in the past who would just hurry through the cut just so they can get to the next client but not Crystal she really took care of me. And first impressions always last with me. I will definitely be going back to see her on my next visit. That is if she don’t pack up and leave town. I am very picky about my hair and after my experience at Hair30 I just had to write this review. It was one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had. They make booking extremely easy with various options. I chose the online booking option which was convenient and very well done. Then I met Brittney who cut my hair. She was extremely polite and professional. Her attention to detail and ensuring I was happy literally made this the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. She took plenty of time to understand what I wanted and then did it exceptionally well. Everything from the time I talked to her on the phone, to walking in the salon, to the service she provided was as good as anyone could possibly expect. Very 1st class all the way. I love coming to Hair:30. Chrystal is the only barber I will go to in TN. I travel 30 minutes for a hair cut and it always looks amazing. I recommend Hair:30 to all of my friends. You can get a hair cut/color, hot towel, massage and hot waxing. Its clean and cozy place to hangout watch some tv and have a beverage. Both employees are amazing at what they do!
