Wow! I truly appreciate how much Linda cares about new customers. I’m new to Tennessee, moved from northern CA due to loss of our home town of Paradise. I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I have curly hair. This salon is one that practices the Curly Girl Method. I love that they treat my curls gently and are not always trying to straigthen them like some other salons. Be sure to ask for Lori- and the curly girl method. Also, love the shampoo room. Has dark ceiling with twinkling starlite! Great way to unwind. Not as loud and noisy as other salons. And I have never had a bad haircut from Hairapy. I recommend this place highly!

I don’t know the ladies name but she has poor customer service skills and only one person getting a hair cut and I asked if she had availability and she makes a face and says no. She could have offered a next availability but I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I don’t have time for snooty fairview women.
