I just want to say as a parent with a toddler I was really worried about getting my sons first hair cut. His hair is very long so I just wanted something that could keep his hair. Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband has came here for haircuts both times that we have lived on Fort Campbell. So a span of 6 years. Once he deployed, I started bringing our son here also. Most of the time we see the lady, I apologize that I always forget her name. I just know that she’s German and my husbands favorite barber in there. Well, she seemed to be out of town every time that I would call, about 2-3 weeks total off and on. So I went ahead and made an appointment with the gentlemen that answered my phone call.A couple of days later, we show for our appointment, my 6 & 12 year old in tow. And we’re told “we’re done for the day”. I said I made an appointment. He asked who it was with. I said I did not get a name but that he “said” he wrote it down. “Well I’m done for the day”.How unprofessional is that?!Don’t make appointments if you do not intend on keeping them. My husband has came here for haircuts both times that we have lived on Fort Campbell. So a span of 6 years. Once he deployed, I started bringing our son here also. Most of the time we see the lady, I apologize that I always forget her name. I just know that she’s German and my husbands favorite barber in there. Choosing a new barber is not a simple feat, and can take a lot of trial and error. Luckily for me, I found Hairborne first and have been delightfully surprised by the professional nature of the establishment, with all the amenities of a great barber shop but at a more reasonable price. The stylists are friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure you receive the best cut possible, as well as make suggestions to improve your look.
