My daughter had her wedding day booked with Brandy for a YEAR. She was to do the bride and all bridesmaids hair and makeup. My daughter confirmed with her on several occasions throughout that year. Just TWO WEEKS before her wedding day, Brandy cancelled on her for a weekend trip. We were in a panic because Brandy had done my daughters hair for several years and we didn’t know who else could do it on such short notice. Needless to say, that was the most unprofessional and to be completely honest, rude thing to do to a dedicated and loyal client. All of the bridal party plus our family and friends know about this fiasco, I think she may find herself with a few less clients in the future. I did not mention my daughters name because she didn’t want me to say anything but this mama bear could not let it go without at least warning others and making sure Brandy knows that she should consider the consequences before doing anyone else like that in the future.
