The owner wanted to change my appointment at the very last minute two out of two times. I live 45 miles away. This is very inconvenient. When you text her to make an appointment, she doesn’t contact you back for days. When you book an appointment through her internet book site, she says she didn’t book the appointment and that’s why she wants ME to accommodate HER.
