Haircut is great – scheduling is the problem. First appointment was just a big unknown for them. Nobody knew who scheduled it. Very confusing. Got it rescheduled to the next day. Great haircut. Asked my cutter to schedule me again for 3 weeks later and confirmed my next appointment. Today – he can’t do it – accidentally wrote me down for tomorrow. Very frustrating. Hope they get scheduling figured out. Really want to use them.
