Critical: QualityMy father took my daughter (6) to get her hair TRIMMED on Friday. She came back with not only bangs across her forehead which specifically we told them not to do, but they missed a ton of pieces!! &her “layers” (I’m assuming that’s what they were going for) just looked like different lengths of chopped up hair. My daughters kind heart and the fact she finds beauty in everything , she doesn’t mind it: I don’t let her know it’s messed up – we are getting it fixed but it’s awful!! She said she doesn’t remember the name of the woman but it started with an M. They have went downhill FAST! Kayla has been doing my hair for over a decade. I ended up getting a job 3.5 hours away and i still make that drive to get kayla to do my hair. She is amazing!!!! Melissa did my hair for my wedding that i still get comments on!!!!

Brandon cut my hair exactly like the detailed photo I gave him! I’m so excited somebody didn’t just do it right, HE did it awesome!!!! And don’t miss the 10 minute scalp and neck massage during shampoo, complete with pressure points and relaxation techniques. More, please!!! Called the shop across the plaza first.. no open appointments. I then called in town beauty and spoke to Brandon. He worked me and my husband in even though they also do appointments.Outstanding customer service, cut my hair in no time to what I wanted. PLUS it was $35.00 less for both of us from the shop across the plaza. Will be a frequent customer!
