I came to this place to get my roots touched up instead the owner lady who does not know how to color hair, bleaches your hair without telling you she would bleach it to then add color and charge you double the price for the service. Don’t do pedicure here either because the place is very dirty and even when you ask them to clean it everything they don’t. The place overall is filthy, the towels they use, the hair brushes, and the clippers are not sanitized. I came here to save money but at the end you come out with hair a mess or a fungus on your nails for the unsanitary tools they use here. Not worth it!

They are nasty, dirty employees… there is one nail tech there that is not trained properly. Used old towels to dry hands and feet. Robbed me off 22$ and did not do a manicure. Just removed nail polish and charged that much. Really rude customer service. It’s clear they put the nail polish to attract customers. Do not go here unless you wanna ruin your hair and nails. Total ghetto area.

I went with my friend to remove nail polish on my 2 nails. The rude lady there with communication issues, tried to sell me to do the gel manicure which I wasn’t interested in.

I went to get my haircut and color, but the color did not even work. I came back home with the same color as when I left. The staff was very friendly, but it is awkward that the entire time they are attending you they are talking in their language.

Today I cut my hair, and it was great. I loved the older respectful man, he was very professional and very knowledgeable and he did such a great job that no else in Arlington can do.

Asian barbers are great. I did a last minute stop for a haircut, clean up and got a shave. The price was great as was the haircut and shave. Recommend and I’ll be back.

Positive: ProfessionalismOur family love this place. For almost 15 years we do not want to go to other shops. My daughters are very happy with their style. Ms Sim always did what my daughters like and I enjoy my hair every times she has done for me. Very good price, service customers very nice and friendly.

Santz is his name. Cutting hair is his game. I always call ahead to make sure he’s working because his skills are being recognized by other guys too (by waiting in line specifically for him.) Overall great barber shop. Everyone wears a mask and they cut your hair while you wear a mask. Friendly, competent, and quick.

Hmm, let’s see, went in to get my nails done, had never been there and was just driving by and saw they were open. There’s one lady who does nails and badly. She didn’t have nail polish remover and took off my polish with the drill, when she started to put the acrylic on, I told her I still saw pink polish on my nails at the cuticle and it needed to be removed or trimmed back. She said no – that’s just the pink powder the last person who did your nails used. I then showed her by picking it off and she took it off. While I’m in there the owner (I guess) was perming her hair and took the rollers out in the wash sink in the back and tossed a towel on the rollers. When it was time to wash my hands before she put polish on me, she took me back to that wash sink took the towel off of the rollers and hung it on the side of the sink and ran the water from the hair washing hose and I asked for soap and she said there was none. She then proceeded to hand me the towel that she hung on the side of the sink to dry my hands, I said – there’ s no way I’m touching that so she ran and got me 2 Popeye’s napkins to dry my hands.
