Have been doing perms every 3 months for the past 30 years. Gio is the only hairdresser who told me that my hair was semei-curly, no perm needed. Currently, I only do trims or get highlights from Jio. Best decision ever made. Thanks Gio:)

Very disappointed. I have long hair up to my waist and I showed the stylist pictures of long curling hair for reference. However she just cut my hair half way off to the shoulder without even asking. Also, no layers, no trim, just one single straight cut in the middle! Very unprofessional skill, all was done in less than 20 mins. She even used a men’s trimmer to deal with the hair end. Won’t be back and now I need to find another hair stylist to fix the mess which looks exactly like the pharaoh’s wig.
