Critical: PunctualityWent in for a haircut and waited for the person to return from lunch and they never returned on time. Didn’t have air conditioning in the car and we waited for quite a while. Took my business elsewhere and got a haircut as it was way too hot to be sitting and waiting outside for the person to return.
