I was in Memphis for my step daughter’s Wedding on May 28, 2022 from Arizona. I made an appointment online for May 28, 2022 for 11am 3 weeks ahead of time for an up-do style. I received an email notification that appointment was confirmed and even received a reminder email message about my appointment on May 27, 2022. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early to find that there was only one person working and 5 customers ahead of me. The lady told me that she was running about a hour behind. I told the lady that the wedding was at 4pm. She said it might be more like an hour and a half behind schedule. I told her I could not wait as we had to be at the wedding by 4pm. Thankfully my husband waited for me to tell him I was good to go before he left the parking lot. I had to do to Target and buy a curling iron, pins, hair spray, etc. since I didn’t bring any of that with me because I had a hair appointment. Not a good experience for me.

Attempted to call to see if I could get an appointment to get my daughter’s hair colored. Woman rudely just answered “hello,” and when I asked if it was the hair salon (given the unprofessional answer when picking up the phone), I got a short, rude “I’m not taking anyone today.” Lost my business forever.
