Marissa regularly did my facials. Let me tell you, she’s the sweetest, gentlest esthetician I’ve ever had! If you want peace and quiet, she can do that, if you wanna talk things out and get some clarity, she can do that too! Most importantly, she can encourage you and make you feel beautiful at the same time! She also can educate you and help you with what to do for skin care between you visits! Had to quit going do to losing my job and taking a huge pay cut, but as soon as I get back to comfortability, I’ll be right back on her table!

Brittany has been cutting my hair for 5+ years and has seen me through many haircuts and styles. Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, she always goes the extra mile to make my appointments relaxing and makes me feel pampered. She listens to what you want but also makes great recommendations if you are needing a nudge in one direction or another. She has taught me a lot about styling and products that have made me feel happy with my haircut even after I leave the salon. I always leave feeling confident and like I had a fun conversation with a friend. Highly recommended!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am an African American girl, I have biracial hair. I had a hair cut from this salon. I felt extremely uncomfortable getting my haircut here. The employees were staring at me in an unfriendly way. I asked if they knew how to cut curly hair, and they said yes. I was put with a stylist and was not pleased with my haircut. I figured they would know what they are doing. My haircut is very uneven. I would not recommend going here to anyone that has biracial hair. minutes later after my breakfast I had to go and buy a flat iron and do my own hair. Curly hair is not thin and fragile like straight hair, which means it needs more car which I hope I would need to deal with it as I had to go to a wadding shortly after, I work at a hair salon in Florida which might have raised my standards but it was an over all fail, anyone with curly hair would have experienced the same results as me.

Right away the receptionist was attentive and took care of me. Very short wait time. Deitz was my hair dresser. She listened to exactly what I needed/wanted and she was very informative. They really consider the whole customer experience beyond just a haircut. I was offered a beverage (tea, coffee or wine). They include a little aromatherapy shoulder and neck massage before the haircut. They’re upfront about the prices – no surprises. Most importantly, the did a freaking great job cutting and coloring my hair! I only wish they wouldn’t try to push so many products at the end of the session. Haven’t bought any, don’t plan to.
