A stylist named Sidney at the salon cut my hair, after cutting my hair she trimmed my beard (which was much needed)!! She was very informative and took her time explaining to me on the type of hair that I had and recommended different types of products that would best suit me. As a tradesman I’ll be the first one to say that I definitely don’t take proper care of my hair but after having her cut & style my hair I was able to see what proper hair care results look and feel like. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone because the employees are extremely knowledgeable & clearly care about what they do which is very hard to find in any line of work these days! 10/10

The entire team is devoted to making your visit as ideal as possible, from the person who welcomes you in the door to your stylist to the owner. From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I felt so comfortable. They are so friendly and the environment is very welcoming. There was a cancellation so I was able to do exactly what I wanted the next day, and they ROCKED IT to get me taken care of. Shelby did wonderful on my hair color – she went with exactly what I asked but with a little adjustment so it would last longer. She was up front about the price, about what would and wouldn’t work, and overall, I am very, very happy with the services I received. I also got to meet Olivia who gave me the best hair/head massage I’ve ever gotten. She happily took over and cut and styled my hair so I was able to even have my appointment. Plus the front desk staff are so attentive when scheduling and texting to confirm appointments and when greeting you when you walk in. The salon itself it extremely beautiful, and they are such a wonderful team there! I’d recommend anyone to go visit!

Clean and comfortable environment. Friendly staff- super courteous! I never feel rushed or pressured for up-sale or to buy products, etc but everyone there is very knowledgeable about products and eager to answer any and all questions and lend recommendations when solicited. I trust Olivia completely and always appreciate her time and advice. It’s always a treat to spend some time at Kaleidoscope!
