Today was my first visit and I could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. The waiting area is comfortable and it has a relaxing atmosphere. Bonnie cut my hair and trimmed my beard and then I had the most relaxing shampoo w/face and scalp massage. She was very professional and knowledgeable. This will be my go to for haircuts, etc. from now on.

April has been the only person my son will let anywhere CLOSE to his hair and every single time she nails it. We drive over an hour just for Ms. April. Every single shop in our town has BUTCHERED my son’s hair and here comes April with her super hero cape to the rescue. She’s so good with him, keeps him smiling and every time we leave he is full of himself (in the best way). I wouldn’t go anywhere else now that we’ve been shown what Ms April can do! First time visit and didn’t know you had to self check-in at a computer so I waited for about 10 minutes past my appt without being helped. Haircut was sub-par and I didn’t get a fade like I asked for. Overall, the vibe was underwhelming from what I was expecting.

Been coming for 2 or 3 years now and always got great haircuts, the past 3 visits though were not the best and today’s visit was pretty bad. The person basically just shoved the trimmers at my head a few times and called it a day; didn’t try to even out around the ears, taper the hair on the side of the head, or mess with the crown at all. Basically did some quick scissor work on the top of my head after that then took the gown off me like she was done, didn’t ask if everything looked alright or if I wanted the neck shave or anything. Currently calling around to see if anyone can fix my haircut before I leave for vacation in two days.
