Marcela was absolutely wonderful taking care of my 7yr old daughter today who had lice ! She made us feel welcome she was so sweet and educated me more about lice and calmed my mama nerves right down!! Her work is quick and very efficient I would HIGHLY recommend her if anyone needs this kind of service! I would absolutely rate her higher than the five star they allow!! Marcela was fantastic! She was available within an hour of me calling her, and my daughter was lice free shortly after. She was so sweet to my daughter and I felt like she explained our next steps very clearly. She is knowledgeable and professional, and has been doing this service for decades. We realized my daughter had lice on a saturday afternoon and after making some calls Marcela was able to get us in last minute!! She was so sweet and patient with my talkative 5 year old. Her studio is very clean and nice. Her pricing was incredibly reasonable as I had already spent close to the service amount at CVS on treatment products that I later returned. It was so nice knowing that we weren’t using harsh chemical and there would have been so many tears for both me and my daughter had I attempted to treat her myself. We were able to walk out knowing she was lice free and we all got checked too. She also alleviated my fears that we needed to burn everything in our house and I was able to stress so much less over the next few days! Follow-up care was easy to do with clear instructions, and when we got a little paranoid about a re-check she again was so nice and got us in last minute. Thank you so much!!
