I love how my hair turns out every time. She is patient and precise and great to talk to. The salon does not make you wear a mask and there is no extra charge for your hair to be straightened with a flat iron. They even have free parking on site, or you can park for free on the street as well. I’ve been going to LB for about 12 years, at first out of convenience. I lived in that side of town and could call and make an appointment and there was always someone who can see me at the time I wanted. I had a pretty simple cut and learned that anyone there would do a great job. Over time l experienced great customer service. Plus no one who works there ever leaves, and it’s comforting to see the same faces.

Do not go to Abby. She is rude, condescending and double-booked, and so claimed she didn’t have “time” for what I needed (which were highlights… for an appointment booked for highlight). Hands down, worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I actually didn’t go through with the appointment and walked out.
