I can not begin to express the level of amazement I have with this place. It’s not a mall barbershop, it’s the flagship boutique out of the 4 locations Luis barber classic Barbershop. From the handcrafted leather aprons to the one of a kind original barbershop stools (original company that made chairs in the 40’s) this shop is a true masterpiece (and don’t even get me started on the GORGEOUS woodwork)

WORST HAIRCUT IN MY LIFE!!!! Believe Jason was his name. Completely messed my hair up. He literally buzzed my whole head and said sorry it will spike back up in about 2 weeks. Will NEVER go back to this business ever again!!!!!!!!! Lined my beard up and didn’t even shave the bottom just made the line. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Can’t tell ya’ll if their services are worth the price because we chose not to pay the additional $25 upcharge to make an appointment. We live 20 miles away and would have had to wait “in line” to be seen. (It was a long wait and only two barbers in the place at that time.) However, it’s a beautifully appointed barber shop, and the stylist we spoke to was very polite and almost apologetic about the upcharge. He gave us a card with a number to call that gives information about how many people are waiting and allows one to get on the list. Perhaps next time we’re in the area we will try again.

I had the pleasure of Mr. Mario handling my beard trim and shave. Mario clearly knows and exudes the Luis Barber mission statement. Always professional, always respectful as he takes his time to provide a perfect product. In a time when most employees don’t know what excellent customer service actually means, Mario is a refreshing example of a skilled professional who takes his craft seriously and this client is ALWAYS satisfied with his work. UPDATED JULY 7, 2022: I’m updating my review below today. Soon after posting the review below I was contacted by Luis, the owner. We discussed the experience and he promised to get to the bottom of what happened and rectify the issue. He also wanted me to come back and try a different barber on the house. I took him up on the offer. As I had a very good experience with Jacob in the past I made sure I was able to use him again for the freebie, and the cut was wonderful. I’ve used him twice since then, today was my fourth cut from Jacob and I’m very satisfied with him, the shop and my cut. I will be back and highly recommend the Cool Springs location and very highly recommend Jacob. I would give them 5 Stars but haven’t had enough experience with the other barbers.

I’ve never written a review before but people need to know that this barber shop will NOT give you what you ask for. I gave my barber photos and detailed instructions, which had to be translated to him by another barber and left with a completely different haircut.. my barber spoke ZERO English and would not stop cutting.

Not a bad place for a cut. I’ve been there probably 5 times, and I’ve left twice with my desired haircut. I think they have a good market in town, and its convenient if you’re at the mall, but I still feel like there are some things left to be desired. One of the main ones, is the consistency of haircut. Like most barber shops, each person there has their own style, but I’ve been 3 times and asked for a specific cut and did not receive it. Expect about a 40-45min cut, they definitely take their time and make it an experience as much as possible. Make sure to check in online before showing up because they can tend to have a decent wait.

Came in last-minute for a desperately needed cut. It’s the best haircut my son has gotten recently, that was nice. Definitely make sure you sign in before getting there, there was a decent wait even then.
