I have never left a Google review before, but the outstanding work Amanda did on my hair deserves one. Truly 10 stars! I came to her close to tears with a color correction from another salon. She took so much time and effort and gave me the look that I truly wanted! She was beyond personable and talked me through everything she was doing to make me feel more comfortable. I was so scared to get my hair done again after a bad experience, but felt so much relief by sitting in her chair! I can’t recommend her enough!

Not the best experience. Boutique is very cute and great price clothing. However, haircuts are not the same story. I had an appt. booked for 1:30, I arrived 5 minutes early. My stylist didn’t show up until 1:45. I was placed in a station that looked to be unclean. The stylist was nice and polite however seeing my hair at home I realize my long layers look like a shelf? Long bangs? Idk not my style. I also got my eyebrows waxed. To my disappointment those too are uneven.

I have been going to the same stylist for 15 years back in NY, so I was very nervous to find a new stylist when I moved to TN. I called to book an appointment, and ended up booking with Karrington. She did AMAZING work. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she did it perfectly. I told her that my hair typically gets very hot when bleached, and she didn’t bat an eye. She made me feel like I was in good hands and created a nice relaxing environment. I also felt as though she really cared about my hair because she took her time to make sure it was perfect. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she did everything I asked for and more. I have extremely damaged hair from prior bleaching and coloring, but Karrington worked with it and made it look and feel amazing.
