Rachel is excellent, professional, and quick. She focuses on healthy hair and will consult with you in a very practical manner. So, I’ve been a client at Minx & Co. Beautique for over 2 years. Just waited over an hour to get my hair done and found out that my stylist didn’t even know I was there after 30 minutes of waiting. Also, came for my “PREPAID” appointment on time. The hairdresser Teresa got offended by me trying to figure out if she knew I had an appointment and was there, which she replied no and stated how busy she is. Guess if you don’t book with the owner then you don’t get serviced. I have an event tonight and now have wasted my time and don’t have my hair done. At least I got a refund. #Unhappy It’s not about the money, it’s the principal of how to treat customers.THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY HAIR APPOINTMENT

I’ve been here multiple times since they first opened their doors. I usually go to “The Nicole Experience”. They’re very nice in there. They’re willing to do consultations on styles you’re interested in, they do great work they usually don’t schedule too many clients at a time so you don’t have to worry about being in the shop all day. The end results has always turned out nicely. Also, if you’re looking to get a sew in, custom wig install, or lashes; they sell it all in there for reasonable prices.

It was okay. I’m going to give them a chance. 55 min wait for a consultation, had to reschedule a phone meeting. Very informative. But i was uncomfortable with a conversation they were having about a biracial clients hair, and “surprised ” the client isn’t just “black”. Im biracial n I present as black. We need to do better as a community. I hope that conversation wont happen about me when my hair “turns ” into the unexpected. Pls be mindful of who is in the room. Unless, i tell you – you wont know i am mixed because i look and I AM BLACK… but i also belong to another race and ethnicity.

Natalie washed our hair and it was amazing.. she communicated with me,and stated what she was doing. Bianco and Stacie did a wonderful job on our hair. No long wait.
