Visited the salon for the first time for a wash, blowdry and trim. It’s a very beautiful and calming environment. I came here with matted, balled up, 4c hair and she fixed it up so nicely! I feel beautiful and so much lighter. She gave me great advice on how to take care of my hair, was so nice and gentle both in spirit and with my hair! I will be going back whenever I need my hair done in any way. She had appointments for prom. I’m pretty sure she was already full but she made time for my friends daughter in between appointment and fixed her hair…(never try to cut curly hair yourself) price was great totally reasonable. She was patient and explained everything and I didn’t get attitude like past salon experiences. My hair is straight so I do not understand curly thick hair. THANK YOU so much. She left smiling and excited about her hair.

Staff is awesome and friendly. They managed to get my twins hair done that are extremely tendered headed. They screamed and cried the whole time and they still finished the job. They were very good dealing with kids that need that special care. Thanks gals much love.

She arrived late to my appointment. Calm atmosphere with music. I went in there not knowing for sure what I wanted to do with my natural hair and should have just booked a consultation. I showed her a twist out look that I had a achieved else where. She did a cut on my hair without even asking what I wanted. She just shaped it to how she felt was best. She didn’t even give me a camera to look at how my twist out turned out from the back but it was a job I could have done at home including the white residue left on my edges. When I actually took a look at the white residue for myself, she told me that I could fix it next time because there was another customer. I’m glad I went to the bathroom and checked for myself. I just put the scarf that I came in with back on. I left a tip because it’s courtesy. I am not satisfied with the service she did and will not be going back. I do not feel like this service was $60 worth. If you have natural hair, you would better off doing a consultation and asking what she can do and if she has pictures to show her work for your natural hair type.
