Bianca is A+mazing! I am so thankful to have found her! Her and her husband Mark always make you feel extremely welcome! Every time I go in I feel like I am sitting around chatting it up with my own family! Her prices are very reasonable and her hair expertise is top notch! She is open, honest, and I truly respect her opinion! She’s never steered me wrong! I cannot recommend their little “hometown” shop enough! ❤️

My second time coming to Bianca! She always goes above and beyond for her clients! I told her exactly what I wanted and what I pictured for myself and she was absolutely spot on! She has a beautiful, clean salon. She is very affordable, compared to thousands of other places here in Hampton roads, and they have wonderful customer service. Very laid back place to be and you always feel included and welcome! My highlights were amazing, the wash felt amazing, the cut was perfect, and the style she did for me (beach waves) were stunning! I will definitely be coming back!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMark is an old style barber. He’s very detailed. He listens and will make sure you get the haircut you came in for. I come from out of state just for a GREAT haircut. He’s very personable. I’ve only written about a handful of reviews. I definitely had to give him one. Also, I can’t believe the price. No one does for less expensive (unless one of your buddies do it), and then you still won’t get as good of service. The owners are true believers, I believe, they will never do you wrong. Mark is an old style barber. He’s very detailed. He listens and will make sure you get the haircut you came in for. I come from out of state just for a GREAT haircut. He’s very personable. For men & women, New Creations Hair Studio is an amazing place to get your hair done!!! Bianca always gives me a great haircut, and no one has ever done a better job than her. Then Mark always does a great job trimming my goatee. The atmosphere is great, and it’s always peaceful with the positive music they play.

When I called to make the appointment, she was very forthcoming about her appointment lead time, she warned me about possibly needing additional products which cost more, she was transparent with me at check in about her wait, and she was honest about how she thought my hair would turn out. I went from a dark brown to a very cool blonde in one session with her. It took a solid 4 hours and I’m pretty sure she used extra products (toners) and didn’t end up charging me for them. Though she felt her wait times for appointments and check ins were going to be an issue for me, I never felt like either were problematic at all – it just shows me that she cares more for her client’s time than her own.
