Friendly and professional staff, clean facilities. I’ve been looking for a hair stylist that can understand what I want and also provide insight; Deana is confident in her skills and knows her craft. She not only took the time to hear me out but gave me great feedback and tips on what would be best for me and how to style my hair on my own. I currently have a very short haircut – shaved in the back – and was having a hard time finding someone that could do a good job on this type of cut for women. Hopefully, I have found my go to place for haircuts.

I don’t normally write reviews but I am so disappointed with my experience here. I walked in to schedule an appointment so I could ensure the stylist I was matched with could do what I was looking for based on my hair. I was booked an appointment and told it would take 3hrs. I returned for my appointment a week later very excited. I again showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted- blue/ black hair with lots of blonde highlights essentially. Although my hair hadn’t been done in awhile it had lots of light blonde in it which I really wanted to keep. The stylists said she may not be able to get my hair white blonde like the picture- which I said was fine because the blonde I had was light enough for me. After being there for almost 4 hrs my hair had no blonde in it. The spots that had some blonde looked awful so she went over those spots with the black. At this point I was extremely upset to see all my blonde was gone and I had to leave as I was picking up family for my baby shower. Again I had been there almost 4 hrs at this point and just wanted to get out of there as I was super upset. At the end I was charged $320 for my hair to be ruined. I now have to go somewhere else and pay some crazy price to attempt to get blonde back in my hair which won’t be easy now that it’s all so dark. I really wish she would have just told me she couldn’t complete the style I asked for. Further more I’m not sure why I was charged $320 to leave so upset and with wet hair- my hair wasn’t even styled or anything. To me that’s super poor client service. You don’t make people pay for services that weren’t rendered.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years and really loved it. However, after going somewhere else, I realized that almost $300 per visit was overpriced for to the root bleaching and frizzy styling. Paul cut layers in my hair and only stopped to ask when he was halfway done. I tried to book an appointment but on the days that I offered none were available. I wanted to give them another chance, but when I came in for my appointment they bumped me without telling me. They do not know how to do curly hair and I think the quality of service has gone down.

Horrible. They charged my mom almost 3x the price on the website for a hair gloss (listed as $35, charged 90). They also charged me $285 for auburn lowlights and a trim after the stylist Jocelyn dyed my roots firetruck red from leaving the color to process for too long while she finished with two other clients at the same time. Paul was there, saw the awful roots and how Jocelyn attempted to cover them with more color (burned my scalp), and did nothing about it. I do not recommend this place at all.

I got so excited to try this new hair salon, so I booked and appointment that according to the lady on the phone was supposed to be $75 for long hair… as soon as I got there Jocelyn was waiting for me and she looked like she was already having a bad day, since the beginning I felt a harsh vibe, she was a very few words person even though everything I asked her was related to my hair… she washed my hair, did my haircut and then blew dry my hair, when she was done I mentioned I was not loving the bangs and that if she could blow dry them in a different direction, she definitely felt offended but did it anyways. Then I was ready to pay and she was charging more than what I was told over the phone, she started to try calling someone else making me feel like a liar, anyway, I was ready to tip her and she literally walked away with a very low energy “thanks for coming”

I had highlights done here this week and they burned my face in TWO places with the bleach mixture! The person who did my hair there was really rough throughout the process as well, pulling on my hair not detangling it carefully at all. I went there for a haircut a few months ago (different stylist) and it was fine. But I do NOT recommend that you have your hair bleached there! Also, they charged me almost $300 for the highlights and haircut – ridiculous.
