My son has autism with sensory problems. As a mother, I was hesitant to take him for a hair cut to any saloon. But the staff were super nice and helped him to calm down whenever he got overwhelmed. Specially Tamara and Audrey are amazing. Definitely recommend to other special need moms and normal kids as well.

Miss Tamara Jones is THE best!! She has been cutting my kiddo’s hair since 2019 and we are ALWAYS satisfied! My little one started with lots of tears when he first started getting his hair cut and Miss Tam made him become more comfortable and now he gets his haircut with no issues, which is HUGE for a child on the autism spectrum. She’s patient, efficient and most importantly, GREAT at what she does!! 10 out of 10, every time!!!

We went in for my toddler’s first haircut and I was so worried about him throwing a fit or not staying still. Man, they were ready for him. The lady at the front desk as well as the stylist were so patient and kind! They had tvs, super cool chairs, goodies, toys… they have severally tactics to use in order to get an awesome haircut! We will tell everybody we know about it and we will definitely be back.

I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced. The ladies were great. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. They did a great job. Afterwards, they kept making my daughter feel comfortable. The atmosphere was exciting for a little girl. I recommend.

We’ve been coming to the Germantown Pigtails in Crewcuts since we relocated here this past summer. My son has never enjoyed getting his haircut let alone a shape up and Tamara is a magician. Not only was she very patient with him and understanding but she did an amazing job with both his haircut and shape up. She spoke so softly and encouraging to him throughout the entire haircut. She is amazing at her job! We also keep coming back because you can’t beat the overall environment, cleanliness, and the quality and friendliness of the staff.

We had the most amazing experience with Porsha. She was extremely calm, kind, and confident. I am blown away by her patience and her ability to cut my squirmy son’s hair! She offered my son lollipops and bubbles to calm his nerves. You could tell that she cared about his comfort. She took her time and the cut looks adorable! I would highly recommend Porsha! I know she is the only person we will be seeing for haircuts from now on!

Absolutely the best experience with any kind of piercings! They were so patient with my nervous daughter, even though they were SUPER busy! We didn’t feel rushed or a bother at all! They pierced both ears at once which was HUGE to me, having not been done that way as a child made my holes crooked. The picture and toy chest after were just extra perks to make my daughter’s 7th birthday surprise “The best day ever”!

They were so welcoming right as we set foot through the door, even though they were slammed and easily could’ve been short and pushed us aside.
