I would be really careful using Hayley at this salon I was so burned by her. I’ll include pics of the horror that occurred. I asked for something more artistic, and she couldn’t pull through. Ironically, we had a conversation about when people can’t admit if they can’t do something, how hypocritical. I asked for a haircut that took weight off the bottom with layers, and this is what I got. It gets better because I had to go back another time after to get it fixed. Altogether, subtracting the product I bought, I STILL SPENT over 700 to look like this. Not to mention, she obviously wasn’t proud of her own work considering she didn’t post on her Instagram professional account. Be wary. (The touch up was literally a week later, and we literally just ended up HAVING to chop off a lot of hair to fix her mistakes and look how patchy it is after 1 WEEK and 1 wash.)

I have had my hair done here twice now by Alex. She was able to really execute my vision for the haircut I asked for and I was super happy! The first time I had my hair dyed here it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but Alex went above and beyond to correct it and was super professional about fixing the color. It turned out just how I envisioned it the second time. People are never perfect, but I will ALWAYS recommend a business that takes full responsibility for any mistakes and fixes them as fast as they can. I will continue to come back and will recommend them to others.

My sister recommended this salon and Alex specifically. I had very long hair and wanted to get my first ever pixie cut. I was a little nervous to have such a drastic change but Alex did an amazing job. She spent the time to make sure I got exactly the look I was going for and has done the same with every haircut since. The only way I’ll ever switch stylists is if Alex stops cutting hair.

Hailey is the reason that I keep coming back. I don’t like close to here but it’s incredibly important to me that I feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed when I get my hair done. I don’t like to sit in silence with a stylist and Hailey is one of those few stylists that I could talk to the entire time and not stop talking without it losing its genuineness. I’ve been coming to Hailey for over a year now and she has completely transformed my hair! For years, I was constantly let down at salons. Spending hundreds of dollars just to have my hair damaged and then told I needed to buy a $200 bottle of regrowth shampoo. After one appointment with Hailey and I knew I finally found someone knowledgeable and who actually cared about the end result and not just about taking my money. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI rarely write any reviews and never had a negative one but I wanted to warn my community that this is not the place for toddler haircut for sure. I brought my 3 year old son for summer haircut and it was the most horrible experience we ever had! The blonde guy (I am not sure if he introduced himself) gave my 3 year old son a haircut the way that you can never noticed we recently visited hair salon. I mentioned a few times that his hair grows really fast and that I would like him to use a shaving tool on the sides and the back but he said he prefers not to. Also I would like to mention that they don’t even have any booster seats for kids or anything and I paid $35 for it!!! However what made me write the review were the scratches behind his ears from the scissors that I noticed today. I took a picture of it and this amazing summer haircut. Please never bring your kids to this place!!
