If your looking for someone who does MAGIC with hair, book your appointment with Dahlia..I moved from OC to Virginia and decided to let my hair grow out for 4 months because I was “too nervous” to find a new hair stylist . I found her IG page and saw that she was really good with blondes so I went with my gut and decided to give her a try and wow she amazed me!
