Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment on December 10, 2021 for 0800 on December 19, 2021. I was asked to pay a 25.00 deposit to save my spot. I agreed and paid. I was told you will pay the remaining 25.00 on the date of service. On December 19, 2021 I arrived at 0755, I waited until 0800 to text Erin to ask her should I come in the back or front door. Side note I’ve never been here so I didn’t know but, parking is in the back. She replied and said, her truck was in the shop and she wasn’t going to make it and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said my flight leaves at 0600 tomorrow, do you know of any other barbershops opened on Sunday. She replied with a number of another barber in the same shop. I attempted to call twice no answer. I then texted and asked her do I need to send you a Uber. Yes, I was going to pay for it. Also yes I have no clue where she lives. She then tells me, let me try to find a way to work. I replied don’t worry about it miss lady I will find another barbershop. I got busy trying to find another barber and, on a Sunday it’s hell. Anyway I asked her “could I please” my exact words have my deposit back. She replied and said, no that was my booking fee. ☝ This is the exact text I replied with..I paid and we agreed on a time, I held up my end of the bargain. This is truly unfair. I showed up. You didn’t and, didn’t inform me you weren’t coming until, after I texted you while waiting.She read and didn’t reply. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery professional and clean environment. As a female that has only gone to hair salons in the past this was comfortable and family oriented. I was very nervous when I cut my hair about going to a barbershop where men dwell but I was pleasantly surprised with the upkeep, cleanliness, professionalism and kind attitude of the owner and all barbers. Very professional and clean environment. As a female that has only gone to hair salons in the past this was comfortable and family oriented. I was very nervous when I cut my hair about going to a barbershop where men dwell but I was pleasantly surprised with the upkeep, cleanliness, professionalism and kind attitude of the owner and all barbers.
