Very, very disappointed with Pro Cutz. It was an overall horrific experience. First off, the barber I worked with was not a licensed barber (I was told that all barbers in the shop were licensed) and he was not listed on their website, as other barbers are- but sure, maybe the website was not updated yet.

I was trying to discuss an issue about how the manager Thomas had cut us off on a turn using the bike lane and speeding to do so. When I went in to ask for the manager to try and ask them to be more careful Thomas pushed me out of the way instead of dealing with the simple issue of being more careful of his driving. What if you had hit a kid on their bike?

Worst people skills I’ve seen in my life hopfully they can find a manager that’s worth there Penny’s. You also can’t lay hands on people without permission the aggressive staff was looking for trouble with my friend. Will be letting everyone I know about my in time with the managr. He shouldn’t have a job if he doesn’t have people skills.

Would have been a nice day shaw a huge issue out side there shop. Saw employees leave the shop and argue with a person in there car and act like there were trying to start a fight. Will definitely not go to them in the future.
