The owner is talented (no doubt) and loved how she did my daughter’s hair during the first two appointments…however, the prcess of trying to schedule an appointment is difficult. Recently, after confirming an appointment that was scheduled weeks in advance AND confirmed the night before on my end, she was a no show and refused to respond to texts when I shared we were at the shop waiting. Totally understand things come up at the last minute but the courtesy of letting your customers know you won’t be in for an appointment you confirmed the night before is basic customer service 101. Again…love how she braids but based on this experience I won’t spend money or time here again.

Ethiopian run establishment. I got my hair braided in March. She did a pretty good job. Regarding examples of pricing: $280 for box braids $80 for braid removal $60 for cornrows. I was attempting to reschedule for two weeks and they did not respond to calls or texts. There’s a bit of communication and cultural barrier. The lady who I requested to do my hair was out of the country but they didn’t tell me that when I was finally able to book. They called in someone random. Having good communication and reliability is important to me when it comes to a hairdresser. I don’t think I will be going there again.

Amy was not not only friendly and professional she was quick and I got in and out in no time and I got block braids. If I am ever in the area again she will definitely be who I call.
