Suzi did an amazing job. I had to find a new stylist after 14 years and was nervous but my hair came out looking great. I’m not a big talker and she made me comfortable without making awkward chitchat for 4 hours which was a relief for us introverted people. All in all 5 stars. The salon is very clean and updated. I definitely will be back.

We used Red Bird Salon for my wedding. They came to our venue and were prompt, fun and efficient. Whitney was amazing and I loved my hair. It held up all night and I couldn’t have been happier with it. She specialized in coloring so I might have to make the drive up to Clarksville when I finally decide to cover up some grays! I definitely recommend them!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first time visiting this salon and it was the best experience I ever had in a long time! Went in for a highlight/low light/i-tip hair extension move up and haircut. I know that was a lot for the first visit but Diane was excellent/patience and her staff even asked me if they needed to grab me some lunch while they where out picking up theirs! The chairs at the shampoo bowl are awesome. When the chair reclines back, a foot/leg rest comes out! No more dangling legs, feet and that uncomfortable position at least I get at the shampoo bowl. My go to products was always Matrix/Redken brand but the Neuma products they use and offer are unbelievable. I did a lot of research and finally decided to make an appointment at red Bird salon because I wanted to asymmetrical haircut and on the website I was super impressed that they listed their designers classes and what they’ve done and their specialties so I was able to make a decision of who I wanted to see. I went to see Whitney and she exceeded expectations and I made two more appointments with her they have Beverages their facility is beautiful and clean their staff is friendly it’s a great environment no feeling of awkwardness. Honestly would recommend to anyone and so glad that I found this salon and Whitney. I had my first visit today with Hannah and she did an amazing job. I have been trying to find a new salon and stylist and seen all of the positive reviews for Red Bird Salon and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed at all and highly recommend them. Hannah was so wonderful from my initial phone call to book my appointment to the very end. She listened to my explanation of what I was looking to get done and made me feel good about deciding to let my grey’s grow out and go all natural. This place is amazing! The customer service from the moment you walk in the door exceeded all of my expectations. I did not have an appointment, but they accommodated within a reasonable amount of time. They went above and beyond. Every single person in there was honestly happy to be there, and it showed. Whitney listened and asked the appropriate questions and made suggestions. She did an amazing job on my haircut! I don’t usually get my hair done that often, but they made me feel so welcome that I cannot wait to go back. The prices are reasonable as well. Thank you so much!

Wow, really nice experience. My hairdresser (I think her name was Hannah) was really sweet and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The interior is decorated nicely as well. I’ve never had a haircut that included a scalp massage, but it did here, and it felt amazing. Overall, good price, nice staff, and great results.
