Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHad an easy haircut, the lady was nice, but did not know how to cut short hair, I told her I’d be spiking it up and when I do now it’s uneven, the bangs were diagonal and choppy and I wanted it like a point in the middle, my side burns were uneven lengths, and the clipper she used was dirty and gave the back of my next red spots. I only quickly glanced when it was done and thought she did a good job so I didn’t ask it to be fixed. Had an easy haircut, the lady was nice, but did not know how to cut short hair, I told her I’d be spiking it up and when I do now it’s uneven, the bangs were diagonal and choppy and I wanted it like a point in the middle, my side burns were uneven lengths, and the clipper she used was dirty and gave the back of my next red spots. Critical: ProfessionalismWe made an appointment for my son, a children’s haircut in the AM, for an appointment at 4:30pm that same day. My husband showed up 5 min late with my son, and Regis told them they would have to wait, they didn’t think he would show up so they booked a new appointment that he would have to wait for. Seriously? 5 min?? She had that appointment booked in 5 minutes of my husband being late. We made an appointment for my son, a children’s haircut in the AM, for an appointment at 4:30pm that same day. My husband showed up 5 min late with my son, and Regis told them they would have to wait, they didn’t think he would show up so they booked a new appointment that he would have to wait for. My daughter had her hair cut there the cut is extremely uneven and they charge twice as much as anywhere else for a child’s haircut. I the stylist just started cutting didn’t listen to what we wanted and we had to wait until she was done eating. I was there one other time and that experience was horrible as well I went for a hair color and was far from. What I wanted.and the stylist was just as unprofessional
