Serena is the bomb!! She gave me 2 rows of extensions 24 inches and cut them to blend. She was friendly and knowledgeable. My extensions feel so comfortable and blend amazing. Serena is thorough and precise and checking for feedback and colder each step of the process. I’m getting so many compliments, my hair looks fabulous. The space is relaxed, and cozy! Thank you to Rosewood Salon and especially Evy! Who did an amazing job with my IBE. The ambiance and energy in the space is so fun and positive! They provide awesome customer service. Evy is exceptional and takes her time to make sure every part of the service is perfect. She’s so sweet and one thing about her is conversation is natural but if you don’t feel like talking much she’s so cool with that too and doesn’t make it feel awkward. The team def compliments each other. Will continue to go to Evy! Book her for your IBE needs or color too, she’s a jack of all trades! But if she wasn’t available, I know the other girls would take good care of me as well.

I’ve worked in multiple salons over the years and I still only see Kat. Her knowledge on IBE from the initial consultation, to the install, to the maintenance made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process.
