I dontknow about others but never get any hair service from ryan. He sells groupons but do very bad service. Very rude and unprofessional. He did my coloring and highlight together. When it was done, I told him what I did not want you did exactly that one. Asked him to correct it right away and his colleague also said that but he refused . Talked with me rudely. Next day I messaged him and requested to correct highlight , he refused to correct it but offered me to return my money. I said ok atleast refund my highlight money and keep color money. After that he blocked my number, I approached manager and told all details. She wasted my time and she said I need to approach him , even though I told her that he blocked my number . He is unprofessional but looked like manager does not care about her business name. I waited one month but still he never approached me. Its like stealing somebody’s money. I have never written a bad review. The haircut I received from Holly yesterday has changed that. After showing her six pictures of the chin length bob I wanted, one of which was a haircut of hers, she assured me that she knew exactly what I wanted. I had a very small area in the back of my head that needed to be blended from a previous cut. She said no problem. She then proceeded to cut inches off the back of my head and thinning it so that it is now flat against my head like a pixie cut. She cut it so short she had to shave my neck. ( I have never had my hair short enough you had to shave my neck.) For some reason it hurt when she did it. When I got home and looked I had a raw red line where she cut me with the razor. I went to another stylist to see what could be done and she told me it would be another eight months of growth before I can start seeing some thickening return and length to restyle. My hair and money are gone so it does no good to be mad at this point. Obviously will not return. Just wanted to advise others what can happen if you book with Holly.
