Critical: Professionalism, QualityI hired Pam Johnson to trim and layer my hair on 4-16-21. She recommended cutting off three inches, however she cut half of my hair off. Afterwards her and I spoke on the phone about it, she was extremely rude and disrespectful. A few days later I sent her the photos she wanted to see, she was extremely rude and disrespectful yet again. Got my little one’s hair fixed after it was butchered by someone else. Bridgett is just the best with cuts and color. She spent at least 20 minutes making sure every hair on her head was just perfect. She’s been taking care of us for 4 years now and I always walk out with better results than expected. She is particularly great at doing blonde hair. She never makes you feel rushed. Very happy coming here!
