My son got the worst haircut of his life 2 days away from starting school. His fade is horrible the line up is some kind of round situation. The cut isn’t even at all. It is so patchy . I can’t even imagine how she thought this was a professional barber cut . How could she even think this is ok. My son cried and now wants to only wear hats .my husband asked the lady to just stop cutting when she kept wacking off the line up wrong. They were closing or I would have asked for anyone to fix it.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Been coming to Scouts for almost 5 years but today I was told I booked my appointment incorrectly (I’ve been booking it this way forever) and I wouldn’t be able to get a haircut. I drove 30 minutes to get there and even rushed because they told if I was late by more than 5 minutes they would have to cancel or move my appointment. Super unprofessional. Never coming here again.

From out of town. My daughter made an appt for me as a birthday gift. Could not find parking so she dropped me at the front which then points to the way in which is around the block and up an alley. Entered for 1:00 appt at 1:12 and reception guy said I was too late and they would be charging my CC for $15.00 and the next available time was 3:00.

Carolina is absolutely the BEST! She is the hairstylist for myself, my son and my boyfriend. She does the most amazing job. She has helped my Son transition his hairstyle several times all the while taking her time, being patient and, making sure his hair looks great throughout the transition, (we all know how important that is!!!). In addition, she keeps my boyfriend happy and he is SUPER particular about his hair. And if that isn’t already enough, she somehow just miraculously cut my hair in a way that brought my natural wave! For this Mom, having low maintenance hair is priceless!!!

Brought my son in for an easy “long” child’s haircut. I showed the barber 3 different photos and he seemed to understand the cut we were wanting. He proceeded to cut all my son’s hair off and gave him the typical little boys haircut. My son is upset because all his hair is gone. Just FYI, if you are needing more than just a boy buzz cut, this is not the place. The manager did try to correct the cut, but the hair was gone and there wasn’t much she could do.
